Welcome to Stationeryistic LLC. By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Handmade Products

All products sold by Stationeryistic LLC are handmade. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in color, paper texture, binding, trimming, placement, and overall appearance may occur. These variations are normal and make each item unique. They are not considered defects and are not grounds for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

We strive to accurately represent our products through photographs and descriptions; however, actual colors may vary depending on individual screen settings.

2. Orders and Payments

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Product pricing or listing errors
  • Violation of these Terms of Service

Payment must be received in full before production or shipment of any order.

3. Personalized and Custom Orders

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all personalization details submitted, including names, dates, initials, and custom text, are accurate.

Once production has begun, personalized or custom orders cannot be canceled, modified, returned, or refunded.

Stationeryistic LLC is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

4. Processing and Shipping

Processing times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, customization requirements, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier.

Stationeryistic LLC is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Customs processing
  • Postal service disruptions
  • Other events outside of our control

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping fees before reshipment.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Because our products are handmade and often personalized, all sales are generally final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect product selection
  • Customer-provided personalization errors
  • Minor handmade variations

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or contains an error made by Stationeryistic LLC, customers must contact us within seven (7) days of delivery and provide clear photographs of the issue.

Upon review, we may offer one of the following remedies at our discretion:

  • Replacement of the item
  • Store credit
  • Partial or full refund

We understand that unexpected circumstances can occur. While refunds are not typically offered, exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis for situations beyond a customer's reasonable control. Any exception granted shall be at the sole discretion of Stationeryistic LLC.

6. Digital Content

Any digital files, downloads, templates, or printable products sold by Stationeryistic LLC are for personal use only unless otherwise stated.

Digital products may not be:

  • Resold
  • Shared
  • Distributed
  • Reproduced for commercial purposes
  • Modified for resale

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final and non-refundable.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, planner layouts, journals, product photographs, branding, logos, graphics, descriptions, and content created by Stationeryistic LLC are protected by intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Stationeryistic LLC.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stationeryistic LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products, website, or services.

Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

9. Privacy

Customer information is used solely for processing orders, providing customer service, and fulfilling legal obligations. We do not sell customer information to third parties.

10. Changes to These Terms

Stationeryistic LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting to our website.

Continued use of our website or services after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
