Thank you for shopping with Stationeryistic LLC. Each product is handmade with care, and we appreciate your patience while we create your order.
Processing Times
All orders are handmade and made to order unless otherwise stated.
Processing times vary depending on the product and current order volume. Estimated processing times are displayed on each product listing and do not include shipping transit time.
Please note that processing times may be extended during holidays, sales, peak seasons, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped using trusted shipping carriers selected at checkout or by Stationeryistic LLC.
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Please note that delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping Delays
Once an order has been shipped, Stationeryistic LLC is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Postal service disruptions
- Carrier delays
- Severe weather conditions
- Customs processing
- Natural disasters
- Holidays
- Other circumstances beyond our control
Shipping delays do not qualify an order for cancellation, refund, or chargeback.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.
Stationeryistic LLC is not responsible for packages delivered to an address provided incorrectly by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Stationeryistic LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.
If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, we recommend:
- Checking with household members or neighbors
- Contacting the shipping carrier directly
- Filing a claim with the carrier if applicable
We will gladly assist by providing tracking information and shipment details when available.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging
We will review the issue and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear within the carrier's system.
