All products are handmade and made with care. Due to the custom and handcrafted nature of our items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been completed and shipped.

Exceptions
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or there is an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to find a fair solution, which may include a replacement, shop credit, or refund at our discretion.
We also understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. While refunds are not typically offered, exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis for situations beyond a customer's reasonable control. If you have concerns about your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can review your situation and determine an appropriate resolution.
